this has no title...
So this week is our final blog post. I will miss doing this. I might even continue. our topic is to write whatever we want to. I want to write about the drama. For this to be a college class there is so much drama in it. I swear. I though we were all adults but they are acting like a bunch of middle schoolers. I mean there is so much he say she say stuff is not even funny anymore. I thought I graduated high school last year. I am kind of glad that this block is over. I loved out new class they made me laugh and entertain and I wouldn't mind having them again. in fact I am hoping we have them again. I like the original class and maybe when the new block starts there will be less drama but I'm just not sure. there is so much going on my head is starting to spin. I wish is was less drama but walking into that class on the third day of the block I saw that the room was divided by new vs. old students. but now we are getting a lone. well some of us there is still some that need to stop being so immature and actually get alone with the whole class and not just part of the class because its not fair to all the new students. we had some nice I swear I think some of the new student had my back better than the original. well I think I have ranted more than enough I got to go I'm tired and I want to sleep but there is something else I want to add.... YOU KNOW WHO IM TALKING ABOUT IN THIS BUT I CAN NOT SAY A NAME!!!!!!!

best barbecue sauce ever!!!
This week we have to try and persuade you on something... so I have struggled with this because I was wondering what am I going to talk about? and while I am sitting here eating dinner it hit me. why don't I talk about barbecue sauce. okay so I hear I go. I honestly think that Sweet Baby Ray's is the best barbecue sauce out there. They have different flavors and they are all great. All my mother buy is Sweet baby rays so I grew in love with it. I tried multiple sauce and they were either to vinegary or way to sweet. I have found a perfect combination in this one that is sure. I mean once you try it once it will knock your socks off. I also love the whole story behind this barbecue sauce. The facet the creator of it is from Chicago is the best part. That's is my home town and I know khow it can be out there. I support my home town dearly and a lot of things that come out of it I will surly support. that is why I am pushing you a little towards sweet baby ray's \. so what do you guys think? do you guys like this barbecue sauce? what is your favorite? have I persuaded you to atleast try it? I am very particular about my food. I mean that is why I am becoming a chef. duh! I am also very particular about my barbecue sauce and it is very very very very good. so I hope all of you out there totally agree with me,that this is going to be the best barbecue sauce you have ever tasted. as it says on the bottle "this sauce is the boss".

The Best Thing I Ever Ate!
The best thing I ever ate is my moms Mostaccioli. I have no idea what she does to it but it is so enticing. She starts off with the ground beef, which is seasoned to perfection and she browns that. Then she cooks the pasta well done, which is okay in this meal. Once both of them is completed she and pasta sauce and a little cheese and mix them together. the she layer it in a pan with different cheeses and. she puts it in the oven to brown it just a little. When it comes out the oven every one just attacks it. We like it that much. We have never made Lasagna again once my mom started making this. it kind of took it place. It never last for more then an hour. She only makes it around the holidays and on birthdays. I can eat it every day and every night with out getting tired of it. It's not and heart healthy meal but it is worth it. I promise anyone who tries this will not be disappointed. I remember when she made it a first time she was only letting us sample it. It was me, mom, my sister, my next door neighbor all in one bowl. so she said I should make this more often and every time she did she never disappoint.

In a Nutshell...
A lot people that knows me knows I change my mind a lot. Which is why when I enrolled myself in culinary school they didn't think I was going to stick with it. They thought it was just another thing I was not going to follow through with. I have went down a lot of different careers paths even though I am so young. I went to wanting to be a pediatrician to wanting to be a pop star. It was like a career roller coaster, but my parents were always there to support every single time I have change my mind. Where would I be without them? I have always loved cooking. I was always my mom sous chef. I was helping her with the cutting of the vegetables and just being there every time as she talks me though a lot of her recipes. She is the one who inspired me to actually take the step and enrolled in culinary school. I wanted to take what my mother has given me and perfect it. I wanted to perfect the craft she has given me and make it my own. I wanted to have a name behind me. I'm sticking with it because I love it. It's exciting. my classmates is amazing and honestly that's rare. I never been to school where I have loved the classmates as much as I did. I know when I look back on my life 30 years from now I am still going to be happy with the decision I have made.
