The Best Thing I Ever Ate!

The best thing I ever ate is my moms Mostaccioli.  I have no idea what she does to it but it is so enticing. She starts off with the ground beef, which is seasoned to perfection and she browns that. Then she cooks the pasta well done, which is okay in this meal. Once both of them is completed she and pasta sauce and a little cheese and mix them together. the she layer it in a pan with different cheeses and. she puts it in the oven to brown it just a little. When it comes out the oven every one just attacks it. We like it that much. We have never made Lasagna again once my mom started making this. it kind of took it place.  It never last for more then an hour. She only makes it around the holidays and on birthdays. I can eat it every day and every night with out getting tired of it. It's not and heart healthy meal but it is worth it. I promise anyone who tries this will not be disappointed.  I remember when she made it a first time she was only letting us sample it. It was me, mom, my sister, my next door neighbor all in one bowl. so she said I should make this more often and every time she did she never disappoint.

In a Nutshell...

A lot people that knows me knows I change my mind a lot. Which is why when I enrolled myself in culinary school they didn't think I was going to stick with it. They thought it was just another thing I was not going to follow through with. I have went down a lot of different careers paths even though I am so young. I went to wanting to be a pediatrician to wanting to be a pop star. It was like a career roller coaster, but my parents were always there to support every single time I have change my mind. Where would I be without them? I have always loved cooking. I was always my mom sous chef. I was helping her with the cutting of the vegetables and just being there every time as she talks me though a lot of her recipes. She is the one who inspired me to actually take the step and enrolled in culinary school. I wanted to take what my mother has given me and perfect it. I wanted to perfect the craft she has given me and make it my own. I wanted to have a name behind me. I'm sticking with it because I love it. It's exciting. my classmates is amazing and honestly that's rare. I never been to school where I have loved the classmates as much as I did. I know when I look back on my life 30 years from now I am still going to be happy with the decision I have made.
